How Many Klonopins To Death

"El Menú" cumple 80 años

The song Menu this year celebrates its 80 th spring.
German Karl Friedrich Zöllner (Mittelhausen, 1800-Leipzig, 1860) wrote and composed the original song entitled Der Speisezettel . This composer, conductor and singing teacher was leading German choral movement of men, a trend that became wildly popular in the mid-nineteenth century in Europe, even to the Basque Country.

arrangement and lyrics as we know it today is Miguel Arregui Trecet (Sestao, 1894-Bilbao, 1944). In 1927 he came across Menu, which song to put in Castilian and arranged to be sung by the "Coral Widening." She wrote it in the kitchen table, based on the letter of dishes from the cafeteria emblematic Berástegui street, and was assisted by the chef.

Today, fifty gourmets gather at the restaurant Gorrotxa for this celebration so unique. They do interpreting and tasting of the dishes contained in the letter of the same (to taste was chosen soup dumplings, brains hollow Biscay cod, roast turkey with hazelnut salad and flan). The interpretation is provided by Bilbotarrak group.
